CML Response to the Coronavirus

Our plan is to let any school use the Meet and Contest Dates as suggestive dates. Schools can administer the Meets/Contests at their convenience and when conditions safely allow.

For Math and Current Events, we will publish results in April as scheduled, but will accept results after the stated date through June 30, 2020. Students and schools who report late results will be eligible for all awards. For school and individual awards, we will have awards for schools that report before the deadline and have awards for schools that report after the April deadline. Awards to late schools will not affect awards given to schools that meet our April deadline.

For Science, Social Studies, Geography, and Language Arts, we have moved the results cutoff date to June 30, 2020. We will publish the results with the National winners at that time.

As we begin our 35th year, we thought it was time to spruce things up a bit. That’s right, we’ve gone fully digital.

For the same low price, tests will be available for download in PDF format immediately upon publication. No more paper forms. And with the implementation of an updated payment system, we now accept credit cards.

We hope you’ll love the new changes. Be sure to let us know what you think.
